About the role
The Program Officer is responsible for fundraising, developing proposals, coordinating activities, and maintaining donor relationships. The role supports resource mobilisation and partnership development for the organisation.
What you’ll do
• Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities and donors. • Develop funding proposals and grant applications. • Build and maintain relationships with donors and partners. • Research and maintain pipeline of funding opportunities. • Coordinate programme activities and prepare donor reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field. • Experience in fundraising and grant writing. • Strong proposal development and report-writing skills. • Excellent communication and networking skills. • Experience with NGOs is an advantage.
