Professional Services Engineer

About the role
Lead technical installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of NICE Public Safety solutions at customer sites. Partner with customers and project teams to ensure successful implementations.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary technical resource for installations. • Install and configure NICE software and hardware. • Integrate solutions with customer networks and telephony. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues. • Manage customer communication and technical escalations.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years implementation or field engineering experience. • Experience working at customer sites. • Knowledge of telephony, hardware, networking, databases. • Strong Windows Server and SQL Server skills. • Experience with SIP, VoIP, CTI, and telephony systems.
