About the role
The Product Manager will own Beta Padi product vision and align customer needs with technology delivery. They will manage operational processes, security, and commercial priorities across mobile app and SAP integration.
What you’ll do
• Own product vision, roadmap, backlog and outcomes. • Research customer and internal-user needs. • Lead discovery, sprint and release planning. • Define analytics and monitor adoption and satisfaction. • Embed security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field. • 5+ years product management or business analysis experience. • Experience in FMCG, payments, fintech, SAP/ERP. • Strong Agile delivery and product ownership. • Excellent analytical and cross-functional leadership skills.
