About the role
Lead Alpaca's tokenization product vision and roadmap, focusing on Instant Tokenization Network and related experiences. Collaborate across teams to ship regulated tokenization infrastructure at scale.
What you’ll do
• Drive product vision and roadmap for tokenization surface. • Own mint, redeem, settlement, and custody flows. • Prioritize partner demand, regulatory, and engineering tradeoffs. • Run discovery with issuers, market makers, and brokers. • Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory frameworks.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in product management or related fields. • Experience with tokenized securities or regulated digital assets. • Strong understanding of capital markets and blockchain workflows. • Ability to work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams. • Excellent communication and partner discovery skills.
