About the role
Manage and evolve core operating systems powering admissions, scheduling, clinical access, and revenue workflows. Use Salesforce to design scalable systems improving access to care and revenue protection.
What you’ll do
• Own architecture and roadmap of Salesforce-based systems. • Translate workflows into scalable system logic. • Design routing, automation, and capacity frameworks. • Partner with teams to identify and solve bottlenecks. • Lead initiatives to improve funnel performance and scalability.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in Strategy, Operations, BizOps, or related roles. • Strong analytical and modeling skills. • Experience with CRM and workflow automation systems. • Excellent cross-functional communication skills. • Authorized to work in the US and bilingual English proficiency.
