About the role
Lead strategy and execution for Alpaca's account management and identity verification systems. Enable global financial institutions to onboard and manage end-users securely and compliantly.
What you’ll do
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for account services. • Manage lifecycle of various account structures for global clients. • Lead KYC and identity verification strategy with partners. • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams. • Author product requirement documents and user stories.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years product management in B2B, fintech, or complex platforms. • Experience with onboarding, identity verification, or account systems. • Strong understanding of financial services regulatory complexities. • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills. • Data-driven with analytics experience.
