About the role
Lead growth design for Claude, improving user engagement and product adoption. Own end-to-end growth strategy and redesign core product experiences.

• Own growth for Claude's everyday work use. • Diagnose drivers and blockers of habitual use. • Set vision and roadmap with cross-functional partners. • Redesign onboarding and core workflows. • Mentor designers and drive team alignment.
