About the role
Lead and develop the product design team while shaping product strategy and shipping high-quality experiences. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to influence decisions and build trusted, valuable products.
What you’ll do
• Lead, manage and coach product designers. • Set and communicate product design vision. • Own design direction and prototype ideas. • Influence senior conversations and decisions. • Design human-centred AI experiences.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years product design experience in SaaS or tech. • 2+ years leading or coaching designers. • Strong craft in discovery, interaction and visual design. • Experience designing complex systems for multiple personas. • Technical fluency with prototyping and coding.
