About the role
Lead engineering for a new Private Equity platform replacing legacy systems. Manage a small senior team and write code.
What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor senior software and data engineers. • Own architecture and build of data model and capital-activity engine. • Write production code and review critical components. • Lead migration off legacy systems end to end. • Coordinate partner teams and align stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years software engineering, 3+ years leading teams. • Experience building complex transactional systems. • Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS, hands-on coding. • Strong architectural judgement and integration experience. • Experience migrating legacy systems through cutover.
