About the role
Lead product direction for zero-to-one AI initiatives improving oncology care decisions. Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and business leaders to build scalable AI-powered solutions.
What you’ll do
• Drive roadmap for AI initiative in oncology care. • Prototype, test, and ship AI-powered products. • Build workflow tooling and decision support for clinicians. • Ensure AI recommendations are accurate and trusted. • Partner on AI system architecture and data integrations.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years product management experience. • Experience with healthcare workflow or data products. • Comfortable with ambiguity and defining paths. • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered products. • Strong communication across clinical and engineering teams.
