About the role
Ensure reliability of flight components and assemblies by driving manufacturing quality improvements. Represent quality objectives in design and development teams.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate product and process data to improve manufacturing quality. • Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and quality. • Lead inspection planning and develop test processes. • Coordinate First Build Reviews and engineering walk downs. • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or physics. • 5+ years in quality, manufacturing, or design engineering. • Experience with complex electro-mechanical or composite systems. • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PFMEA, and quality tools. • U.S. citizenship or eligibility for government security clearance.
