About the role
The Partnerships Manager ensures effective partnership management and fosters strong relationships with partner organizations. The role supports partnership tasks across Nigeria and collaborates with multiple teams to deliver high-quality programming.
What you’ll do
• Manage full partnership lifecycle from identification to close-out. • Ensure compliance with IRC's Partnership Excellence system. • Lead partner capacity assessments and support plans. • Coordinate partner engagement and communication. • Provide coaching and supervision to partnership teams.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in partnership management and compliance. • Ability to lead capacity sharing and training. • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Knowledge of donor requirements and risk analysis. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
