About the role
Manage customer accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments across Sub Sahara Africa. Use GETPAID system to monitor invoices and improve cash flow.
What you’ll do
• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding invoices. • Contact customers to secure payment of overdue invoices. • Establish collection strategies to improve cash flow. • Prepare monthly accounts receivable and trade reports. • Build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. • 5-8 years experience in credit management or accounts receivable. • Experience with GETPAID or similar systems. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
