About the role
Operate and monitor the fully automated dairy production line ensuring quality and hygiene standards. Manage process parameters and troubleshoot system alarms during shifts.
What you’ll do
• Monitor and control dairy production line via SCADA/DCS. • Execute product recipe and process parameters. • Identify and resolve system alarms and technical issues. • Operate automated CIP system for cleaning. • Follow shift handover protocols and log production data.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field. • Proficient with DCS/SCADA or automation software. • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in food or beverage industry. • Understanding of dairy or brewing processing technologies. • Willing to work rotating shifts including nights.
