About the role
Evaluate effectiveness, compliance, and efficiency of operational processes across outlets and business units. Identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement while ensuring policy adherence.
What you’ll do
• Conduct routine and surprise audits of operations and inventory. • Review compliance with policies, SOPs, and internal controls. • Verify sales records, stock movements, and reconciliations. • Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations. • Follow up on audit recommendation implementations.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 3–5 years experience in operations or internal audit. • Strong knowledge of internal controls and cash management. • Good analytical and report-writing skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
