About the role
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with teams and vendors to support network operations.
What you’ll do
• Monitor network infrastructure and connectivity. • Troubleshoot network outages and performance issues. • Respond to network incidents and escalate as needed. • Perform first-level troubleshooting on network devices. • Prepare reports on network performance and incidents.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc./HND in related field. • 1-3 years experience in NOC or network support. • Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP. • Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls. • Relevant certifications like CCNA or Network+ preferred.
