About the role
The MEL Officer/Associate will manage field monitoring and data quality assurance for a large education assessment project in Lagos. They will conduct data collection verification, field checks, and school-level quality assurance.
What you’ll do
• Assist training workshops for field enumerators. • Supervise field simulations and pilot tests. • Lead daily supervision during data collection. • Conduct eligibility verification and spot-checks. • Support data cleaning and digital platform use.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. • 2-3 years M&E experience in Nigeria. • Experience training and monitoring field enumerators. • Proficient with mobile data collection tools. • Fluent in English and Yoruba or Nigerian Pidgin.
