About the role
Manage and oversee mining safety operations at Endo Village site. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a zero-accident culture.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures. • Conduct site safety inspections and audits. • Lead incident investigations and risk assessments. • Train and supervise workers on safety protocols. • Monitor compliance with safety regulations.
What you’ll bring
• MSc or Bachelor's in related field. • Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations. • Experience with HSE policy development. • Ability to conduct safety audits and investigations. • Relevant HSE/Safety certification preferred.
