About the role
Drive growth within key market segments by managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing. Represent Customer.io to prospective customers and handle inbound and outbound demand.
What you’ll do
• Build and manage pipeline through self-sourced and SDR-supported leads. • Lead full sales process from prospecting to closing deals under $50,000 ACV. • Conduct discovery calls to align solutions with customer needs. • Collaborate with SDR, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams. • Track and report sales metrics and progress towards targets.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales. • Located in UK or Ireland. • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
