About the role

What you’ll do
• Operate laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues. • Ensure accuracy and interpret test results. • Maintain documentation and records. • Adhere to laboratory quality and safety standards. • Work independently following established procedures.
What you’ll bring
• BMLS/AMLS with valid practising license. • 3-5 years post-qualification laboratory experience. • Experience in haematology or haemoglobinopathy testing. • Strong technical knowledge of lab procedures. • Good communication and supervisory skills.
