About the role
Responsible for inspection, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of cement plant mechanical equipment. Collaborate with teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
What you’ll do
• Inspect and maintain rotary kiln, ball mill, conveyor, crusher, fan. • Perform regular maintenance, overhaul, and parts replacement. • Record maintenance data and summarize failure causes. • Assist preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. • Guide workers on safety and quality operations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 3+ years experience in cement plant mechanical maintenance. • Skilled in fault detection, disassembly, and debugging. • Familiar with mechanical drawings and safety specs. • Hard-working with strong practical ability and responsibility.
