Mayonnaise Production Officer

About the role
Plan, supervise and control daily mayonnaise production to meet output, quality, food safety, yield and cost targets. Ensure compliance with recipes, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Execute daily production plan for mayonnaise line. • Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions. • Enforce GMP, HACCP and hygiene rules. • Supervise line operators and conduct shift handovers. • Report breakdowns and support maintenance.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc or HND in Food Science or related field. • 2-4 years production experience in food or FMCG. • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and NAFDAC. • Experience supervising production line. • Basic computer skills and willingness to work shifts.
