About the role

What you’ll do
• Provide first point of IT support for local staff. • Manage service requests and prioritize tickets. • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues. • Deploy and maintain computers and peripherals. • Manage network security and IT policies.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5-10 years IT work experience. • Knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting. • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory. • Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and AWS.
