About the role
Provide management accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring to support business decisions at Golden Sugar Company. Support monthly financial close, cost control, management reporting, and business partnering across operations.
What you’ll do
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. • Support monthly financial close and balance-sheet reconciliations. • Analyse financial performance, variances, and cost drivers. • Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and estimates. • Monitor workshop and maintenance overheads with cost analysis.
What you’ll bring
• Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or equivalent ERP. • Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capability. • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. • Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
