About the role
Provide legal advisory services and support for Deepwater Asset, Strategy & Business. Handle legal research, contract drafting, negotiations, and litigation matters.
What you’ll do
• Undertake legal research and advisory services. • Draft and review agreements and contracts. • Advise on legislation and regulatory compliance. • Handle litigation and arbitration matters. • Represent company in negotiations and external meetings.
What you’ll bring
• 1st degree in law 2.1 or 2.2. • Call to Nigerian Bar with 5-8 years post-call experience. • 3 years experience in law firm or commercial environment. • Excellent communication skills. • Master's degree and French knowledge advantageous.
