About the role
Lead corporate communication strategies, media relations, PR, reputation management, and employee engagement across Leadway Assurance and its subsidiaries.
What you’ll do
• Develop and deliver integrated corporate communications and PR campaigns. • Lead crisis communications and reputation monitoring. • Manage executive profiling and thought leadership content. • Partner with HR on internal communication programs. • Support subsidiaries with corporate narrative alignment.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • ARCON certification mandatory. • 5-7 years corporate or marketing agency experience. • Experience with executive leadership communications. • Knowledge of Nigerian financial services regulations preferred.
