About the role

What you’ll do
• Conduct land and site surveys using modern equipment. • Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports. • Establish reference points and benchmarks for projects. • Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years experience in construction or real estate. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools. • Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards. • Ability to operate modern surveying instruments. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
