About the role
Support the Human Capital Advisory team by managing payroll and total rewards programs. Ensure compliance and optimize compensation and benefits.
What you’ll do
• Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation surveys. • Design and refine pay structures and incentive plans. • Manage employee benefits schemes and payroll calculations. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations. • Reconcile payroll reports and maintain audit records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field. • 1-3 years experience in compensation or payroll. • Strong knowledge of job evaluation and salary benchmarking. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS modules. • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
