About the role
Provide technical support and maintenance for IT equipment and operational systems at the airport terminal. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth terminal operations.
What you’ll do
• Provide day-to-day technical support to terminal users. • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, monitors. • Support terminal operational systems and equipment. • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals. • Perform routine checks on critical IT equipment.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in IT or related field. • 2-3 years experience in IT technical support. • Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365. • Basic LAN, WIFI, TCP/IP troubleshooting skills. • Experience in airport or operational environment is a plus.
