About the role
Provide technical support to local and remote employees and contractors. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across multiple systems and devices.
What you’ll do
• Provide day-to-day technical support for network and systems. • Manage support tickets and escalations. • Participate in knowledge transfer and internal KB management. • Support large meetings and events. • Assist with IT projects and asset management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent tech support experience. • Effective English communication skills. • Experience with Windows, Mac, Linux desktop support. • Knowledge of server administration and Active Directory. • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
