About the role
Lead IT due diligence, integration planning, and execution for company acquisitions. Manage technical integration and automation for M&A IT systems.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical IT due diligence and assess risk before close. • Define and execute technical integration plans. • Migrate people, devices, and data post-acquisition. • Collaborate with multiple teams on integration tasks. • Build repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate processes.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years hands-on corporate IT engineering experience. • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, SSO, and Python APIs. • Knowledge of endpoint management and security concepts. • Ability to assess unfamiliar IT environments quickly. • Strong project leadership and communication skills.
