About the role
Manage day-to-day technology experience for all employees. Provide endpoint management, identity and access management, security enforcement, and technical support.
What you’ll do
• Provide expert end-user support on macOS, Windows, Linux. • Deploy and manage endpoint devices using MDM platforms. • Administer identity provider and IAM systems. • Implement and enforce security policies and conduct audits. • Manage SaaS applications and perform network troubleshooting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field. • 3–5 years end-user support experience across multiple OS. • Experience with enterprise MDM platforms. • Experience administering enterprise IDP/IAM platforms. • Knowledge of HIPAA, PII handling, and security policy enforcement.
