About the role
Provide exceptional IT support and administration for a global workforce. Improve IT operations through automation and process improvements.
What you’ll do
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via tickets, chat, email, remote sessions. • Support macOS, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, Zoom. • Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, access requests. • Administer Okta, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, identity services. • Deploy and maintain endpoints using Intune, Iru, CrowdStrike.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years IT Support or Help Desk experience. • Experience with macOS and Windows environments. • Familiar with Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, Zoom. • Knowledge of identity management: Okta, Entra ID, SSO, MFA. • Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
