About the role
Provide IT support by installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for staff and clients.
What you’ll do
• Install and configure computer hardware and applications. • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. • Communicate with staff and clients to resolve issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software faults. • Set up new user accounts and resolve log-in issues.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. Degree or HND in Computer Science. • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel. • Technology savvy.
