About the role
Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for Artee Group companies. Ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
What you’ll do
• Provide first level support via phone and remote access. • Troubleshoot hardware, software and access issues. • Work with teams to resolve issues quickly. • Document issues and resolution steps. • Train users on apps and hardware.
