About the role
Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. Deliver in-person and remote IT helpdesk support to Stripe employees and vendors.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware. • Respond to queries in person, email, Slack, or ticketing system. • Support and maintain critical SaaS tools. • Facilitate provisioning of laptops for new hires. • Maintain IT asset management and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years IT HelpDesk experience. • Strong knowledge of Apple systems and software. • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence. • Understanding of script execution and troubleshooting. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
