About the role
Provide IT support across hardware, software, networking, and accounts in a mostly macOS environment. Improve employee experience and automate repetitive tasks while scaling IT operations.
What you’ll do
• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues. • Support macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and SaaS platforms. • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and access management workflows. • Join on-call rotation for urgent issues. • Write and maintain internal documentation and automate tasks.
What you’ll bring
• Hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting macOS and other endpoint devices. • Google Workspace and Slack administration experience. • Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
