• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • 1-3 years experience in IT monitoring or help desk. • Proficiency in monitoring tools like Grafana, SolarWinds, Nagios. • Knowledge of IT infrastructure servers, networks, databases. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure.
