About the role
Lead on-site IT support and manage local IT services for Acadia's European and global offices. Support end users, executives, video conferencing, and vendor coordination.
What you’ll do
• Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity. • Manage executive and VIP technical support. • Lead video conferencing and collaboration technology support. • Coordinate vendors and maintain local network infrastructure. • Support facilities-related IT activities and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in IT Service Desk or Desktop Support. • Experience supporting international and executive users. • Knowledge of endpoint management and video conferencing tech. • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendor coordination.
