About the role
Responsible for preparing and processing invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely invoicing and documentation.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly. • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and balances. • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes. • Follow up to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding invoices. • Prepare invoicing reports and file financial documents.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 1-2 years experience in invoicing or accounts administration. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and invoicing software. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Keen attention to detail.
