Inventory Support Officer

About the role
The Inventory Support Officer manages POS terminals through the repair pipeline ensuring traceability and custody controls. The role covers receipt, repair tracking, QA integration, dispatch, and inventory reconciliation within the Repair Centre.
What you’ll do
• Receive and verify faulty terminals against waybills. • Log devices in IMS within 24 hours. • Track repair stages and enforce SLAs. • Update QA status and manage BER devices. • Conduct daily physical counts and reconcile inventory.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND in related discipline. • At least 2 years inventory operations experience. • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office. • Proficient in inventory management systems. • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
