About the role
The System Administrator provides operational, engineering, and infrastructure support across cloud platforms and enterprise technology environments. This role supports Federal technology environments by enforcing cybersecurity policies and maintaining compliance.
What you’ll do
• Provide end-to-end infrastructure application support. • Partner with vendors to resolve escalated issues. • Analyze ticket data for recurring incidents and trends. • Coordinate incident escalation and communicate outages. • Develop scripts and tools to improve support efficiency.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years supporting enterprise IT environments. • Knowledge of Active Directory and server-access management. • Understanding of cloud platforms and cybersecurity practices. • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. • Preferred knowledge of MFA platforms and IAM technologies.
