About the role
Seeking a passionate litigation lawyer to manage human rights, public interest, banking, and commercial disputes. The role involves case ownership, court advocacy, and advancing access to justice.
What you’ll do
• Manage litigation from inception to trial and appeal. • Conduct human rights and public interest litigation. • Handle banking, debt recovery, and commercial disputes. • Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and court processes. • Advise clients on litigation risks and dispute resolution.
What you’ll bring
• Qualified Nigerian legal practitioner with 4-5 years post-call experience. • Experience in human rights, public interest, banking or commercial litigation. • Conducted cases through trial personally. • Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to manage cases independently and exercise sound judgment.
