What you’ll do
• Standardize all HR activities and processes. • Ensure transparent recruitment and meet targets. • Communicate performance management system. • Conduct training needs analysis. • Advise on compensation and conduct job pricing analyses.
What you’ll bring
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • University degree in HR or related field. • 10-15 years HR experience in education or hospitality. • Familiar with labour and employment law. • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
