About the role
Support effective management of employee activities at Ziba Beach Resort. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance, welfare, and policy compliance.
What you’ll do
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities. • Maintain accurate employee records and contracts. • Monitor attendance, shifts, and leave records. • Address staff enquiries and welfare concerns. • Coordinate training sessions and monitor HR policy compliance.
What you’ll bring
• HND/BSc in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related. • 1-3 years HR experience, preferably hospitality. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
