About the role
Manage HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws. Support workforce planning and organisational development.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement HR policies and workforce strategies. • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. • Coordinate staff training and performance appraisals. • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • Relevant HR certification is an advantage. • Minimum 1 year HR experience, preferably managerial. • Experience in telecommunications or ICT is a plus. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
