About the role
Oversee design, planning, and implementation of all human resources programmes for the plant. Ensure proper administration of corporate policies on compensation, benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and development.
What you’ll do
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management. • Manage employee relations and union engagements. • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll support. • Coordinate training, safety, and welfare programs. • Manage plant administration including security and transport.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in HR or related field. • 12 years experience in manufacturing HR. • Professional HR certification like CIPMN. • Leadership and conflict management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and MS Office.
