About the role
The Human Resource Generalist delivers efficient HR services across the employee life cycle, managing HR helpdesk, payroll, benefits, and engagement. This role supports a positive employee experience and ensures compliance and accurate HR documentation.
What you’ll do
• Serve as first contact for HR inquiries. • Administer eNPS survey and engagement initiatives. • Manage probation and confirmation processes. • Coordinate benefits enrollment and vendor liaison. • Maintain HR data integrity and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years progressive HR generalist experience. • Experience with HR helpdesk, payroll, benefits, or reporting. • Administered employee engagement surveys. • Managed probation and confirmation milestones. • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
