About the role
The HSE Officer assists in developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies. They conduct inspections, monitor performance, and provide safety training to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures. • Conduct site inspections and safety audits. • Monitor HSE performance and identify improvements. • Participate in risk assessments and incident investigations. • Provide safety training and guidance to employees.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 3–5 years experience in HSE or related field. • Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards. • Strong analytical and organisational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
