About the role
The HSE Manager will establish and maintain Ntel's Health, Safety, and Environment framework across all operations. This role involves building the function from the ground up and ensuring compliance with Nigerian regulations.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain HSE management system. • Ensure compliance with Nigerian HSE regulations. • Conduct risk assessments and manage hazards. • Lead incident reporting and investigations. • Design and deliver HSE training programs.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field. • NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification. • 5-8 years HSE experience in regulated sector. • Experience with Nigerian regulatory bodies. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
